Week in Vernon

Liam and I headed to Vernon for a wonderful and very eventful week. From weddings, to forest fires, HOT weather, and huge storms we definitely had an action packed week! We got there on the Friday to +38 degrees and it felt nice to be back in the Okanagan soaking up the sun!

Hanging out with Grandpa and Grandma Weglo. As soon as we got to Vernon, the clothes came off!

The week started off with my good friend Megan getting married. She was a gorgeous bride and the wedding day was so beautiful.

The next day we woke up to the smell of smoke in the air and found out that Kelowna had a few bad fires again. The smoke never got too bad until later into the week when you couldn't even walk outside. It felt like we were in a campfire.

Of course we had to make a couple trips up to Davison Orchards. The boys loved it!

Going to the Peanut Pool. I used to swim there when I was a kid and it was very neat to now bring Liam. He didn't like the cold water too much, hopefully he'll like it more next summer!
